Fruit pulp processing

Prepared Pulp Treatment & Packing

Connect a prepared pulp stream to the refining, transfer, treatment and bulk-bag equipment it needs, without duplicating your existing fruit preparation.

Assess the incoming pulp

Describe particles, fibre, viscosity, inlet temperature and previous processing. These conditions guide pumps, passages and the downstream filling connection.

Refine only when the inlet requires it

Additional pulping is useful where coarse fractions or texture need adjustment. A prepared inlet that already meets the agreed product specification may bypass recovery and refining.

Coordinate treatment with bag filling

Define thermal flow, holding provision and outlet condition alongside the compatible bag fitment and filling sequence. Include product disposition when packing stops or changes bags.

Connect to the existing plant

Identify retained tanks, pumps, controls and utilities. A clear inlet tie-in and included equipment schedule help distinguish an extension package from a whole-fruit line.

Ask about the equipment for this duty.

Share the incoming material, required pulp and intended package. Include your current equipment if this is a replacement or an extension.
