Fruit pulp processing

Replace or Upgrade a Fruit Pulper

Choose a two-stage pulper around the prepared feed, required texture and connections already present in your plant.

Start with the existing inlet

Identify fruit preparation, stones and foreign-material removal before the pulper. Record incoming flow, particle profile and the feeding arrangement.

Define the accepted pulp

Use an agreed product sample to describe retained fibre and coarse particles. Review the first recovery stage and second refining stage instead of choosing only by nominal screen size.

Check replacement interfaces

Compare loading height, product outlet, separate reject collection and the receiving pump. Leave room to remove screens and service both drives.

Describe the actual bottleneck

Explain whether the issue is feed continuity, texture, reject handling or downstream transfer. Provide current operating observations and sample requirements so the replacement addresses the right duty.

Ask about the equipment for this duty.

Share the incoming material, required pulp and intended package. Include your current equipment if this is a replacement or an extension.
