Fruit pulp processing

Aseptic bulk fruit pulp route

Define the validated product process, sterile transfer boundary, compatible filler and package as an integrated system.

Begin with the product and validation responsibility

The required process and acceptance evidence belong to a qualified project-specific review. Define the product, intended storage / distribution and the party responsible for validation before selecting equipment.

  • Product and market specification.
  • Process-authority and validation scope.
  • Deviation handling and product disposition.

Close the sterile boundary and package interface

Treatment, transfer, filling and the actual package must be assessed together. A bag, box or drum format does not independently establish aseptic suitability or shelf life.

  • Identify each sterile-boundary connection.
  • Request actual bag / fitment compatibility.
  • Define closure and downstream handling checks.

Keep commercial scope explicit

State which party supplies the product process, filler, package consumables, utilities, validation support and commissioning evidence. The route does not automatically include a freezer or cold-store system.

  • Include and exclude each major duty in writing.
  • Review cleaning separately from sterile-system validation.
  • Ask for exact model documentation and evidence.
