Fruit pulp processing

Frozen bulk fruit pulp route

Define treatment, filling, freezing, cold storage and dispatch as one project-specific route for industrial pulp supply.

Freezing, refrigeration and cold storage are separately engineered duties. This page defines their interface; it does not present a supplied freezing machine.

Specify the final frozen product boundary

Record pulp specification, pack geometry, handling unit, storage and distribution requirements with the responsible product team. The cold-chain scope starts with a defined product; this page does not prescribe a thermal process.

  • State who owns product-treatment decisions.
  • Define the pack and its loading arrangement.
  • Name the frozen-storage and dispatch hand-off.

Agree sequence and interfaces

The filling and freeze-down sequence must be engineered for the actual product and package. Review the transfer, queueing, container handling, freezing duty and storage interface together. Do not append an aseptic filler by default.

  • Treatment and transfer boundaries.
  • Filling, closure and pack handling.
  • Freeze-down, storage and cold-chain responsibilities.

Request route-specific evidence

Ask for a process-flow diagram, package compatibility information and the relevant verification plan. An available freezer volume or a bag-in-drum photograph does not demonstrate the complete duty.

  • Review exclusions and external services.
  • Record interruption handling responsibilities.
  • Keep campaign output separate from preservation validation.

Two-stage Fruit Pulper and Refiner

Two driven cylindrical stages recover pulp from suitable prepared fruit and refine the accepted fraction to the selected screen arrangement.
