Mango Destoner and Flesh Recovery Machine
A mango preparation family combines controlled feeding and separation duties to recover flesh ahead of downstream screening.

| Selection point | Mango destoner | Two-stage pulper |
|---|---|---|
| Incoming material | Mangoes under specified preparation conditions | Prepared flesh or mash; hard stones addressed |
| Main duty | Recover flesh around the stone | Recover and refine pulp through screens |
| Separated fractions | Stone and unwanted preparation fractions | Coarse screening rejects |
| Decision basis | Cultivar, maturity, stone and peel boundary | Product sample, fibre and screen combination |
The mango-specific preparation stage recovers flesh before screening. The pulper should not be selected as a machine for breaking hard mango stones. Provide distinct product and reject paths between the assemblies.
A whole-mango route normally needs both preparation and pulp recovery duties. A prepared-flesh inlet may begin at the pulper; an inlet already meeting the finished specification may start further downstream.
Share the incoming material, required pulp and intended package. Include your current equipment if this is a replacement or an extension.
