Two-stage Fruit Pulper and Refiner
Two driven cylindrical stages recover pulp from suitable prepared fruit and refine the accepted fraction to the selected screen arrangement.
View machineUnderstand the recovery stage and the following texture-control duty within a two-stage fruit pulper.
| Selection point | Pulping stage | Refining stage |
|---|---|---|
| Primary purpose | Recover useful pulp from prepared feed | Further screen the accepted pulp |
| Main review | Feed condition and coarse reject removal | Finished texture and retained fibre |
| Screen decision | Recovery duty for the prepared fruit | Required final particle profile |
| Connection | Prepared feed and separate reject outlet | Interstage pulp transfer and final outlet |
The illustrated family has two cylindrical stages with separate drives. These are successive duties, not evidence of an additional independently offered finisher model.
Choose the combination against an agreed product sample. Screen selection affects fibre, coarse particles and recovery; it should not be reduced to the smallest aperture available.
Share the incoming material, required pulp and intended package. Include your current equipment if this is a replacement or an extension.
