Vacuum Deaerator for Fruit Pulp

A vertical vacuum vessel presents a suitable pulp stream under reduced pressure so released gas can leave through the vacuum system.

Request this machine

Include deaeration when the product assessment calls for it. The required vacuum system, any cooling/condensate handling and aroma considerations follow the actual pulp; no common residual-oxygen result is assumed.

At the inlet

Pumpable pulp whose foaming, temperature and viscosity fit the selected distribution arrangement.

At the outlet

Deaerated pulp for onward processing, plus a separate vacuum-side gas and condensate duty.

How the machine works

The inlet distribution exposes product within the reduced-pressure vessel. Released gas travels toward the vacuum equipment, while liquid collects for controlled discharge. Feed, liquid level and the outlet pump have to stay coordinated to maintain that separation.

Connect the surrounding equipment

Provide a stable feed and keep vacuum and product outlets distinct. Match discharge to the next process without upsetting vessel level or pump suction. Deaeration is not the thermal treatment step and does not prescribe its operating conditions.

Maintenance & cleaning access

Inspect the distribution parts, observation points and vacuum seals for residue or leakage. Clean and drain the wetted circuit and maintain access to the vacuum and product pumps. Confirm the connected cleaning route for the offered assembly.
