Brush and Spray Washer
Parallel brush rollers and overhead sprays provide an open washing zone before inspection and fruit-specific preparation.
View machineA flighted inclined belt transfers suitable fruit from a lower receiving or washing point to a higher process inlet.

The required rise, belt contact, loading depth and discharge geometry are layout choices. A line whose machines already meet at compatible levels may not need this elevator.
Whole fruit at the lower loading point, with size, wet condition and handling sensitivity considered.
Fruit discharged at the upper receiving connection; carried water and loose material need their own collection path.
Flights support the fruit along the incline. The upper drive moves the belt around the discharge, where the receiving chute controls the final drop. Matching the two machine levels avoids an improvised transfer at installation.
Coordinate the lower feed with the preceding washer or inspection point and prevent accumulation at the upper hopper. Keep fruit spillage, wash-water carry-over and the belt return accessible without entering the guarded moving parts.
After drive isolation, clear retained fruit beneath the return and inspect belt tracking, tension and flight condition. Clean the exposed carrying surfaces and frame. Platform and adjustment access must remain open after adjacent equipment is installed.
