Specify the bag fitment and supporting container with the filling arrangement. Upstream product treatment and the filling head hygienic contact zone are separate responsibilities. The bag format alone does not establish sterility or shelf life.

At the inlet

Pulp already treated and supplied within the required product and transfer conditions.

At the outlet

Closed bags supported by the compatible container and handling arrangement.

How the machine works

A compatible bag fitment is presented to the filling position for its opening, product-transfer and closure sequence. The support holds the bag and container while the defined contact-zone conditions are maintained. Bag exchange and the availability of each position must be coordinated with the product supply.

Package volume is a family reference. Fitment, filling head, support and metering establish the offered package set; the pictured assembly is not claimed to use every size.

Connect the surrounding equipment

The product inlet must match the thermal system. Define what happens when packaging pauses, which services maintain the selected contact-zone condition and how containers leave the filling area. Cleaning return and product recovery need clear routing.

Maintenance & cleaning access

Inspect the head contact parts, fitment handling and sealing components according to their actual design. Separate cleaning the product path from establishing the required filling condition. Keep drum lanes and service access free of unplanned storage.
