Request this machine

Keep mango flesh recovery distinct from guava seed removal or papaya cavity-seed preparation. The stone shape, attachment and incoming maturity affect the selected tooling and the recovered flesh.

At the inlet

Mangoes within the selected cultivar, ripeness and preparation conditions.

At the outlet

Recovered flesh for the pulper and separate stone/peel fractions according to the fitted configuration.

How the machine works

Mangoes enter the upper feed arrangement and meet the separation sections. The wanted flesh is collected for onward processing while the hard stone and unwanted fractions leave their designated paths. The downstream pulper then works on the recovered material rather than being asked to break hard stones.

These published series values describe mango-processing input, not finished-pulp output. The illustrated assembly has no confirmed submodel; a fruit trial and the offered configuration establish the usable duty.

Connect the surrounding equipment

The feed hopper needs stable presentation from inspection or an appropriate elevator. Provide separate collection under the product and reject outlets. Space for opening, tool access and drive service belongs beside the assembly, not inside another conveyor footprint.

Maintenance & cleaning access

Following isolation, inspect the working sections and reject passages for retained stones, skin and flesh. Check contact parts for wear, clean both product and waste paths and reassemble to the machine-specific settings. Do not infer a common clean-in-place cycle for enclosed tooling.
