Pulp recovery and texture

Two-stage Fruit Pulper and Refiner

Two driven cylindrical stages recover pulp from suitable prepared fruit and refine the accepted fraction to the selected screen arrangement.

Choose the first and second screen duties against the required fibre and coarse-particle content. A finer screen is not automatically a better texture or a higher recovery. Prepared pulp may bypass recovery when its inlet already meets the required specification.

At the inlet

Prepared flesh or mash with hard stones and damaging foreign material already addressed.

At the outlet

Screened fruit pulp and separate coarse-reject streams; texture and retained fibre follow the agreed product sample.

How the machine works

Working parts move the prepared feed against a screen. Material that passes its apertures becomes the useful pulp stream; larger unwanted fractions follow the reject path. The next cylindrical stage refines that pulp. Pulping and finishing are successive duties within this two-stage assembly.

Reference input and drives come from the series listing. Screen combination, preparation and fruit condition affect the useful pulp rate. The pictures show the two-stage construction without identifying one listed size.

Connect the surrounding equipment

Feed the first stage steadily and give each reject outlet room to discharge. The pulp receiver and pump must handle its fibres, viscosity and entrained air. Keep access for withdrawing screens and servicing the two drives clear in the layout.

Maintenance & cleaning access

Remove and examine screens using the supplied isolation and opening procedure. Check holes, wear, clearances and retained peel or seeds. Clean both sides of the screen and the reject outlets; flushing the outlet pipe alone does not release the screening assembly for the next fruit.
