Request this machine

Agree the thermal process separately from mechanical equipment selection. Fibre, particles and fouling behavior affect the product passage and cleaning design. Optional upstream deaeration does not make every pulp compatible with one unchanged thermal skid.

At the inlet

A defined pumpable pulp stream with known particles, fibres, viscosity and inlet temperature.

At the outlet

Treated pulp at the condition required by the selected downstream transfer or bag-filling system.

How the machine works

Product passes through the selected tubular circuit while the heating and cooling media exchange energy across the tube walls. Holding provision and flow establish the intended process residence. The actual product passage, pump and valve arrangement are selected together to handle the pulp without relying on a generic exchanger label.

Temperature envelope72–150 °C
Holding-time envelope15–120 s

These catalogue ranges describe selectable tube-in-tube family configurations. They are not simultaneous operating targets, a rating for the pictured assembly, a validated pulp recipe or a shelf-life statement.

Connect the surrounding equipment

Coordinate feed stability, heating/cooling availability and the receiving filler state. Label product, recovery/diversion and cleaning routes. Interruptions need an agreed product disposition so a downstream wait does not become an unplanned holding condition.

Maintenance & cleaning access

Clean the complete product circuit, including holding and connecting pipework. Inspect seals and exchanger fouling and maintain the relevant instruments. Calibration, process validation and cleaning validation answer different questions and need their own records.
