Manual Inspection and Preparation Conveyor
An accessible conveyor work area supports manual inspection and preparation of mangoes before machine processing.
View machineParallel brush rollers and overhead sprays provide an open washing zone before inspection and fruit-specific preparation.

Brush characteristics and movement must suit the produce. This arrangement is not a bubble bath or a universal soft-fruit washer. Recirculation and water treatment are separately specified if included.
Fruit whose skin and firmness suit the selected brushing contact; heavily softened fruit needs a separate assessment.
Washed fruit ready for inspection or preparation, plus separately collected dirty water and removed debris.
The rollers turn the fruit as sprays wet its surfaces. Contact with the brushes removes surface material while water and debris leave the working zone below. The exposed bed makes brush and nozzle condition directly accessible after isolation.
Set the inlet loading and outlet drop with the preceding conveyor and next inspection step. A controlled layer of fruit exposes the surfaces more consistently than deep accumulation. Separate wash-water disposal from the useful product route.
Remove trapped stems and hard debris, check brush wear and clear spray openings. Give the underside and water collection area a physical wash-down route. Closed-pipe CIP does not clean an open roller bed by itself.
Whole mangoes under an agreed cultivar, maturity and receiving condition.
