Two-stage Fruit Pulper and Refiner
Two driven cylindrical stages recover pulp from suitable prepared fruit and refine the accepted fraction to the selected screen arrangement.
View machineTreat guava seed separation and grainy stone-cell texture as separate questions in the preparation and finishing trial.
A sample with few seeds can still need a texture review. Record grainy stone-cell observations separately and agree how the buyer will assess the finished ingredient. Equipment configuration remains a trial question.
Compare extraction, finishing, balance and transfer against the prepared feed and required texture. Shared equipment may need different contact parts, a bypass or a dedicated duty. Keep the measured configuration attached to the sample.
A guava campaign can leave a different preparation and cleaning task from the fruit that precedes it. Define the outgoing-fruit clear-down and next-fruit setup as a directional transition.
