Fruit pulp processing

Plan a papaya pulp campaign

Resolve peel, cavity seeds and soft-flesh handling before connecting papaya preparation to common extraction or transfer equipment.

Define prepared flesh at the common inlet

Show the steps that remove peel and cavity seeds and identify who supplies each station. The proposed line should describe the flesh delivered downstream, not conceal manual preparation outside the equipment list.

  • Whole or partly prepared receiving form.
  • Peel and cavity-seed removal ownership.
  • Soft-flesh transfer and residue handling.

Review the conditional common section

Compare extraction, finishing, balance and transfer against the prepared feed and required texture. Shared equipment may need different contact parts, a bypass or a dedicated duty. Keep the measured configuration attached to the sample.

  • Identify each included or bypassed stage.
  • Record input, additions, product and residues.
  • Review downstream preservation separately.

Test the transition in both directions

A papaya campaign can leave a different preparation and cleaning task from the fruit that precedes it. Define the outgoing-fruit clear-down and next-fruit setup as a directional transition.

  • Compare screens, seals and retained material.
  • Include inspection and release time.
  • Use the campaign planner to retain the measured sequence.

Two-stage Fruit Pulper and Refiner

Two driven cylindrical stages recover pulp from suitable prepared fruit and refine the accepted fraction to the selected screen arrangement.
