Fruit pulp processing

Hygienic design and campaign release

Review product-contact access, retained solids and cleaning responsibilities across the complete multi-fruit path.

Trace the contact path from preparation to pack

Identify surfaces, seals, screens, instruments and branches that contact fruit or pulp. Ask how each is accessed, drained, inspected and included in the cleaning plan. General hygienic wording is not certification evidence.

  • Mark removable and fixed contact parts.
  • Show hold-up and low-point locations.
  • Assign access and safe isolation tasks.

A cleaning circuit is not the whole changeover

Residue removal, dismantling, part changes, reconnection, inspection and release may sit outside the automatic circuit. Keep these tasks visible when estimating campaign time.

  • Separate manual tasks from circuit tasks.
  • Record directional carryover concerns.
  • Define the verification and release owner.

Ask for project-specific evidence

Request drawings, access demonstrations and the relevant verification plan. Applicable standards and any certification need their exact scope checked for the offered equipment and project.

  • Do not infer certification from a logo or reference.
  • Keep preservation validation separate from cleaning.
  • Review the hardest planned transition.
