Fruit pulp processing

Pulp line utilities and system interfaces

Close the boundaries between fruit preparation, common equipment, preservation, filling and plant services.

Make an interface register

For every equipment connection, record incoming and outgoing material, physical connection, operating responsibility and acceptance evidence. Include equipment supplied by another party.

  • Product and residue connections.
  • Power, water, air and route-specific utilities.
  • Drainage, access, lifting and maintenance space.

Agree stop and restart behaviour

A downstream filling interruption can change the required balance, transfer and product-holding scope. Ask the responsible process team to define allowable handling and the control response.

  • Upstream / downstream availability signals.
  • Operator actions and abnormal-condition records.
  • Product disposition responsibility after a deviation.

Keep frozen and aseptic boundaries distinct

The freezer and cold-chain interfaces differ from sterile transfer and aseptic filling interfaces. List the chosen branch in the project brief and identify all equipment and validation exclusions.

  • Frozen: filling sequence, freeze-down, storage, dispatch.
  • Aseptic: validated process, sterile boundary, package compatibility.
  • Other: define the full product / storage basis.

Fruit handling

Inclined Fruit Elevator

A flighted inclined belt transfers suitable fruit from a lower receiving or washing point to a higher process inlet.

Pulp treatment

Tube-in-Tube Pulp Thermal System

A tube-in-tube thermal family brings a suitable fruit pulp through a specified heating, holding and cooling route.
