Fruit pulp processing

Fruit Pulp Line Utilities Checklist

Define the water, power, heating, cooling, air and drainage interfaces for the machines actually included in your pulp line.

Fruit preparation services

Review spray-water supply, dirty-water collection and drainage for the selected washer. Separate fruit rejects and wet-floor access from the useful product path.

Product treatment services

Coordinate heating and cooling media with the selected thermal configuration and inlet product. Confirm actual utility conditions during equipment selection rather than applying one universal consumption figure.

Packing and cleaning connections

Identify the filler services and the CIP supply and return paths. The closed-pipe cleaning circuit does not replace access to an open washer, conveyor or removable screen.

Installation information to provide

A site layout, available utilities and retained-equipment list help define connections. Keep usable access and drain routes alongside the equipment footprint in the enquiry.

Ask about the equipment for this duty.

Share the incoming material, required pulp and intended package. Include your current equipment if this is a replacement or an extension.
