Fruit pulp processing

Pulp campaign troubleshooting questions

Use observable symptoms and sample locations to structure an engineering review without guessing machine settings.

Unexpected seeds, peel or gritty texture

Check the defined preparation boundary and compare samples before and after each separation stage. On guava, record seed carryover and grainy stone-cell texture separately. Escalate to the responsible engineer before changing a configuration.

  • Identify the fruit and incoming condition.
  • Record the exact equipment configuration.
  • Retain paired samples and residue observations.

Output changes between campaigns

Compare incoming mass, additions, qualified product, residues, retained product and running time on the same basis. A total-output difference alone cannot identify the cause.

  • Check measurement units and collection boundaries.
  • Separate downtime from running time.
  • Compare with the representative trial, not a generic rating.

Carryover or difficult release

Trace retained material, contact-part changes and inspection points along the actual flow path. Stop and follow plant procedures where quality or safety may be affected; this guide provides no bypass or cleaning recipe.

  • Document the direction of the fruit transition.
  • Include manual tasks and reconnects.
  • Ask the release owner to assess the evidence.

Two-stage Fruit Pulper and Refiner

Two driven cylindrical stages recover pulp from suitable prepared fruit and refine the accepted fraction to the selected screen arrangement.

Vacuum Deaerator for Fruit Pulp

A vertical vacuum vessel presents a suitable pulp stream under reduced pressure so released gas can leave through the vacuum system.
