Fruit pulp processing

Fruit residues and wastewater boundaries

Map stones, seeds, peel, retained pulp and liquid discharges alongside the product route.

Account for each outgoing fraction

A campaign mass record is easier to interpret when residues and retained product have named collection points. Do not combine the useful product figure with unidentified waste or additions.

  • Mango stone and peel paths.
  • Guava seeds / separated solids.
  • Papaya peel and cavity seeds.

Review material movement

Container handling, discharge height and removal frequency affect access and continuity. Ask for an agreed hand-off location and owner rather than assuming the processing supplier owns the entire waste route.

  • Keep residues from obstructing operators or product transfer.
  • Identify full-container and blocked-discharge response.
  • Include cleanout access around the collection point.

Assign environmental responsibilities

Wastewater, reuse, disposal and possible by-product uses need local assessment. This equipment-planning page makes no environmental compliance or by-product revenue claim.

  • List discharge sources and the plant recipient.
  • Record excluded treatment equipment.
  • Obtain relevant site-specific assessments.
