Fruit pulp processing

How a multi-fruit pulp line works

Follow material separation, conditional common equipment and route-specific preservation as distinct duties.

Preparation sets the common-line inlet

Mango stone / peel separation, guava preparation and papaya peel / cavity-seed removal have different boundaries. The point of a common line is a defined prepared feed, not an assumption that all whole fruit enter one machine.

  • Describe the feed at each equipment connection.
  • Retain dedicated preparation when trial evidence requires it.
  • Identify prepared-pulp bypasses explicitly.

Extraction and finishing answer different questions

Extraction receives a defined prepared material and separates a pulp-bearing stream. Finishing is reviewed against the wanted fibre and particle profile. The same arrangement may combine duties, but its performance still needs material-specific evidence.

  • Name the fraction removed at each stage.
  • Sample before and after the proposed separation.
  • Reconcile pulp, residues and retained product.

Preservation remains a separate system decision

A common pulp section can feed different downstream concepts only after their interface duties are established. Frozen and aseptic are alternative branches here, never automatically consecutive stages.

  • Define the product at the transfer boundary.
  • Map interruptions and hold-up.
  • Assign validation and release responsibilities.

Flesh recovery

Mango Destoner and Flesh Recovery Machine

A mango preparation family combines controlled feeding and separation duties to recover flesh ahead of downstream screening.

Pulp recovery and texture

Two-stage Fruit Pulper and Refiner

Two driven cylindrical stages recover pulp from suitable prepared fruit and refine the accepted fraction to the selected screen arrangement.
