Brush and Spray Washer
Parallel brush rollers and overhead sprays provide an open washing zone before inspection and fruit-specific preparation.
View machineStart with whole mangoes and follow washing, inspection, flesh recovery and two-stage pulping. Add treatment and packing for the required endpoint.
Specify cultivar, ripeness and receiving condition. The line must handle whole-fruit input while stones, peel and screening rejects leave through separately accessible paths.
Brush-and-spray washing and inspection prepare the material. The mango destoner recovers flesh around the stone; the pulper then screens and refines prepared material. Discharge heights determine whether an elevator is needed.
A screened-pulp transfer endpoint and an aseptic bulk-bag endpoint have different equipment and service boundaries. Select thermal processing, filling and the connected cleaning route when those duties are included.
Send the fruit input target, desired pulp texture, intended package and any equipment already installed. Record fruit input separately from useful pulp output; do not use a machine input reference as a finished-pulp guarantee.
Share the incoming material, required pulp and intended package. Include your current equipment if this is a replacement or an extension.
