Material and machine schedule
Identify the fruit or prepared pulp, the intended texture and every machine in the offered scope. Match input references to the correct material basis and separate the finished-pulp target from the raw-fruit feed.
A line is ready for its product when the material path, equipment access and services work together. Review these details alongside the machine list.

The straight passages, connections and supporting frame shown here define practical layout questions: where product enters, how it leaves, which services reach the assembly and how the equipment is opened or serviced.
A project layout develops these interfaces for its selected machines. The selected equipment schedule connects the assembly details to the site layout, product requirements and agreed installation boundary.
Examine the thermal assemblyIdentify the fruit or prepared pulp, the intended texture and every machine in the offered scope. Match input references to the correct material basis and separate the finished-pulp target from the raw-fruit feed.
Coordinate discharge heights, rejects, operator positions, removable parts and lifting access. List water, electrical, heating, cooling, air and drainage conditions at the machine boundary.
Trace product forward and CIP supply/return back through the selected pipework. Define retained volume, drainability, sampling and isolation; cleaning a closed loop does not replace open-machine access.
Record mechanical and control functions separately from a representative fruit run and the final process acceptance. Agree samples, measurements, witness points and the records needed before a production release.

A flighted inclined belt transfers suitable fruit from a lower receiving or washing point to a higher process inlet.
