Fruit pulp processing

Guava preparation module configuration

Separate seed removal from the finished-texture question.

Configuration guidance for the material or process interface. Related machine pages below describe the physical equipment.

Preparation or interface boundary

Sorted, washed guava with ripeness and intended peel handling recorded. State any size reduction already completed before the extraction stage.

Outgoing product and fractions

Prepared guava delivered in an agreed feed condition. Seeds and gritty stone cells require distinct observations downstream; a single label such as “smooth” is insufficient.

Connection decisions

Define the transition from whole fruit to feed suitable for extraction, the seed-residue route and the sample locations for texture comparison.

Control questions

Ask how variation in fruit condition changes feeding and separation behaviour. Treat settings and screen selection as trial results; do not promise texture from a screen opening alone.

Cleaning and access

Review seed accumulation, retained grit, accessible contact parts and the change from guava into the next fruit. Establish a method to inspect the emptied material path.

Evidence for the selected configuration

Retain samples before and after the proposed separation steps. Ask the buyer to compare seed carryover and grainy texture independently using the agreed assessment method.

Two-stage Fruit Pulper and Refiner

Two driven cylindrical stages recover pulp from suitable prepared fruit and refine the accepted fraction to the selected screen arrangement.
