Fruit pulp processing

Papaya preparation module configuration

Resolve peel and cavity seeds before the common pulp section.

Configuration guidance for the material or process interface. Related machine pages below describe the physical equipment.

Preparation or interface boundary

Papaya with size, ripeness and flesh condition described. Define whether fruit is whole, opened or partly prepared when it reaches the module.

Outgoing product and fractions

Prepared flesh with an explicit peel / cavity-seed boundary. Separated peel and seed streams need identified containers and removal paths.

Connection decisions

Assign opening, peeling, cavity-seed removal, inspection and transfer responsibilities. Show whether any manual preparation stations sit outside the supplied equipment scope.

Control questions

Review inspection access and handling of soft flesh. Ask how residual peel or seeds are detected before the feed enters common extraction equipment.

Cleaning and access

Include work surfaces, cutting or separation tools, transfer points and waste containers. A shared downstream circuit does not remove the dedicated preparation cleaning duty.

Evidence for the selected configuration

Request a demonstration of the complete proposed preparation sequence and inspect the prepared flesh and discarded fractions. Keep labour assumptions and excluded stations visible.

Two-stage Fruit Pulper and Refiner

Two driven cylindrical stages recover pulp from suitable prepared fruit and refine the accepted fraction to the selected screen arrangement.
