Fruit pulp processing

Residue & waste interfaces configuration

Give stones, seeds, peel and wastewater their own exit paths.

Configuration guidance for the material or process interface. Related machine pages below describe the physical equipment.

Preparation or interface boundary

Separated material from receiving, preparation, extraction and finishing plus identified wash / cleaning discharges. Keep these streams distinct until their handling is defined.

Outgoing product and fractions

Collected, identifiable streams at an agreed plant hand-off. No by-product market, wastewater compliance or disposal outcome is implied by the equipment list.

Connection decisions

Map container capacity basis, removal route, transfer height, access, drainage and responsibility beyond the line. Keep product and residue movement from competing for the same work area.

Control questions

Ask how full containers, blocked discharge and interrupted removal are recognized. Define the response before waste backs up into a product-contact operation.

Cleaning and access

Review access around chutes, conveyors and containers and how accumulated fruit is removed. The residue route is part of the hygiene and changeover review.

Evidence for the selected configuration

Use observed campaign mass and actual residue properties to review handling. Request the boundary drawing and identify any environmental or disposal review owned by the site.
