Fruit pulp processing

Prepared Pulp Treatment and Aseptic Packing

A downstream package for buyers who already prepare the fruit: inlet assessment, selected refining, transfer, thermal processing and aseptic bag packing.

Define the production boundary

Incoming material
Prepared fruit flesh or pumpable pulp with its particle profile, temperature and previous processing state defined.
Required output
A defined treated pulp delivered to the selected bulk bag and fitment configuration.

State incoming pulp mass or flow with its measurement conditions. L/h requires the actual fluid and temperature; kg/h cannot be converted without the appropriate density. Bag count and changeover time are a separate packing measure.

The machine sequence

Follow the material through the line.

  1. 01

    Define the prepared inlet

Accept the prepared stream against its specification. Additional pulping/refining is selected only if texture or coarse fractions require it; a finished inlet can bypass that duty.

  2. 02

    Stabilize transfer and air condition

Use the required usable buffer and suitable product pumping. Evaluate deaeration against viscosity, temperature and foaming rather than inserting it in every route.

  3. 03

Carry out the product thermal process

Choose tube passages, heating, holding and outlet conditions for the defined pulp and validated process. Keep product disposition during a packaging interruption explicit.

  4. 04

    Fill the compatible bulk bag

Match the treated-product supply to the bag fitment, filling positions and support container. Include required services and the handoff of closed packages.

Supporting cleaning system

CIP supply and return connect to the closed product route. Open fruit handling and removable screening parts also need their own cleaning access.

Equipment scope & services

Put the interfaces in the quotation.

Existing plant

Identify where the prepared product arrives and which vessels, pumps and controls are already supplied.

Connected duty

Match particles and fibres throughout pumps, valves, exchanger passages and the filling connection.

Cleaning boundary

Define product and CIP supply/return routes, required access and the changeover release checks.

Supply boundary

This purchase starts with prepared material. Whole-fruit washing, inspection and mango destoning are not automatically included. Refrigeration, frozen storage, concentration or an unrelated package system are separate duties.

Trial & acceptance

Establish a paired inlet/output product assessment, functional checks and the agreed thermal/filling verification. Review actual services and bag handling at the final installed boundary.
