Fruit pulp processing

Multi-fruit pulp process flow

Compare three preparation lanes, a conditional common core and separate frozen or aseptic bulk destinations.

Draw the campaign before the equipment list

Select the fruits, identify the design-basis fruit and show each dedicated preparation lane. Confirm the common-core inlet with samples rather than treating convergence on a diagram as proof of compatibility.

  • Receiving → fruit-specific preparation.
  • Prepared feed → extraction / finishing as required.
  • Defined pulp → the selected preservation and bulk route.

Show return, waste and interruption paths

A useful process-flow drawing also shows residue exits, cleaning boundaries, bypasses and the response when downstream equipment stops. These interfaces often determine whether the proposed campaign can be run as described.

  • Separate stones, seeds, peel and liquid discharges.
  • Record where product may remain at a stop.
  • Assign clearing and restart ownership.

Use the drawing as a scope agreement

Mark every battery limit and the party responsible for it. Include utilities, drains, controls, access and the final pack hand-off. Review open interfaces before comparing commercial offers.

  • Ask for inlet / outlet conditions per module.
  • List exclusions alongside the included equipment.
  • Retain trial questions with the applicable fruit lane.
