Fruit pulp processing

Select a shared fruit pulp line

Use the design-basis fruit, measured product duty and directional changeovers to compare a common line with dedicated modules.

Choose a design basis without hiding the other fruits

The primary fruit anchors the first operating case. Every other selected fruit still needs its own feed, separation, transfer and changeover evidence. Removing the primary fruit should trigger a new decision, not silently choose a substitute.

  • Select the full campaign list.
  • Name the design-basis fruit explicitly.
  • Keep each seasonal case in the comparison.

Shared equipment is conditional

A shared frame or common pipe route is not the same as demonstrated compatibility. Compare product-contact inserts, screen changes, hold-up, access and verification work across the campaign list.

  • Use the compatibility matrix as a question map.
  • Identify dedicated modules or bypasses.
  • Price the complete scope at equal boundaries.

Evaluate the campaign, not just running output

A supplier running-rate example leaves out receiving delays, changeovers, preparation and final cleanout unless those are included explicitly. Use a measured ordered batch record to compare the time basis.

  • Separate running minutes and between-batch work.
  • Record additions separately from fruit input.
  • Compare observed output on both run and campaign time.

Two-stage Fruit Pulper and Refiner

Two driven cylindrical stages recover pulp from suitable prepared fruit and refine the accepted fraction to the selected screen arrangement.
